Even with confirmed scheduled appointments, we are being declined at the gate. We were just informed that WUT is not accepting ONE Line empties. We have had to pull several drivers out of line to return them elsewhere and then get back in line this morning. This certainly causes significant delay and cost of additional resources when could have been communicated when the appointment
for the empty was confirmed.
