As most of you are aware, eModal is still down and appointments cannot be scheduled at this time. Please be advised that the outage on 2/1 did occur after WUT’s appointment cut-off time for truckers to schedule appointments for today, 2/2. Today, we are at capacity for appointments for export and import loads in conjunction with the labor that has been hired. With that said, we cannot exempt truckers from scheduling appointments for today. We will be in further contact if the eModal outage has not been remedied later this morning, and additional labor will be hired tomorrow to accommodate for today’s challenges.
