Any driver leaving the Terminal with a bare pool chassis MUST go thru the out-gate and have the chassis out transaction properly completed.
After proper a out gate transaction has been completed, drivers may then exit the terminal via the CBP by-pass lane.
ONLY bobtail trucks and trucks with bare OWN chassis may utilize the Gate 4 kiosk by-pass or exit via Gate 3. Drivers found taking a pool chassis out via the gate by-pass will be subject to the same penalties as with any other terminal rule infraction.
