Terminal Transfer servicing WA., OR., parts of Idaho seeking Class A drivers with TWIC card and HAZ Endorsement (required after 90 days of employment). Knowledge of Container, FTL, LTL, F/B, and surrounding areas always preferred but not required. We will train the right individuals.
We offer Hourly Pay, Weekends off, Medical/Dental after 90 days, Paid Holiday's and an annual 40 Hrs PTO. Our drivers work 10+hrs/day M-F. Starting wage DOE, with a pay review after your first 90 days then we pay based on your performance. Reviews are otherwise scheduled annually.
Our Criteria -Always work in a safe and professional manner -Be reliable -Able to follow instruction -Have great attention to detail -Self Motivated -Team/Goal oriented -Strong communication skills -Ability to adapt to changes/situations easily as expected in trucking. -Be flexible on scheduling (Willing to take on any assignment Container, FTL, LTL, F/B and on extremely rare occasions overnight in a company paid hotel if needed.)
